SPECIALTY SERVICES
Through the Peninsula Veterinary Specialists (PVS), specialists from across
the region are provided full-service veterinary facilities which allow
Peninsula's pets access to specialty care.
When pets develop medical conditions that require the skilled expertise
of a specialist with years of advanced training and education, primary
care veterinarians will refer them to the PVS. Board certified specialists
work in partnership with the referring veterinarian to ensure that pets
receive continuous and comprehensive medical care.
The PVS provides specialty services in the areas of Allergy, Dermatology,
Ophthalmology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Oncologic
Surgery, Reconstructive and Exploratory Surgeries.
FEES
Each
patient is charged an initial fee to cover the doctor's examination and
consultation. Additional fees may be necessary for diagnostics and treatments
depending on your pet's condition. An estimate of these charges will be
discussed with you in advance of being charged.
